The Young And The Restless (Y&R) scoop for Thursday, June 29 reveals Audra Charles (Zuleyka Silver) will come up with an idea, after sleeping with Kyle Abbott (Michael Mealor).
Also coming up, Summer Newman (Allison Lanier) will lean on Nick Newman (Joshua Morrow). Plus, Michael Baldwin (Christian LeBlanc) and Lauren Fenmore (Tracey Bregman) will discuss Phyllis Summers (Michelle Stafford).
Y&R spoilers tease Michael will tell Lauren he had an unexpected visitor – Phyllis. “You saw Phyllis?” Lauren will reply. “How did she seem? I would have given anything to see her.” Michael will tell her he laid out a plan to help their friend but she’ll have to pay for some of her crimes. However, Lauren will point out that Diane Jenkins (Susan Walters) played dead for years, but look at her now. She’ll also say she has no doubt that her husband can help Phyllis.
Y&R Daily Scoop – Kyle Goes For Round Two With Audra
At the Abbott estate, Summer will wonder where her husband is at. Then Nick will arrive. She’ll sympathize with him about what happened with Sharon Rosales (Sharon Case) and Faith Newman (Reylynn Caster). “Also, Sally lost the baby,” he’ll add. Summer will ask how Sally Spectra (Courtney Hope) is doing. Then he’ll ask her what’s going on with her. But she’ll say she doesn’t want to pile anything else onto him.
“Summer, you’re anxious and something’s going on, so talk to me,” Nick will reply. And Summer will tell him she messed up her marriage. Nick will be shocked to learn that Phyllis faked her death. “I’m grateful that your mother’s still alive,” Nick will say. “But I cannot understand why she’s making you feel responsible for solving problems she created.” Summer will admit she tried to protect Phyllis. “And it turns out it might have cost me my marriage.”
At the GCAC, Kyle will bask in the afterglow with Audra. She’ll tell him if he wants to make an escape, that’s fine, there’s no pressure. “I don’t want to go home,” Kyle will tell her and lean in for another round. After they’ve had sex again, Kyle will ask if she wants to go out to eat or order some food. But Audra will say she has a big day tomorrow, although she’ll suggest they shower before he goes. “I’m glad we ran into each other,” Kyle will say afterwards.
Young And The Restless Scoop – Summer Gets Zero Response
Downstairs, Kyle’s clueless parents will dance the night away at the Jazz Club. When they’re about to leave, they’ll see Kyle coming down the stairs. He’ll ask what they’re doing there. “We’re just heading home after a lovely evening,” Jack Abbott (Peter Bergman) will say. “What about you?” Diane will ask. Kyle will lie and say he needed to get away from the house and clear his head. After Kyle leaves, Jack will tell Diane he seemed a little off, like he was nervous.
When they return home, Nick will leave and Summer will ask if they know where Kyle is. They’ll say they just saw him at the GCAC and he should be back any minute. After Jack and Diane head upstairs, Kyle will walk in. He’ll put his hand over his face, then his wife will say hello to him. But Kyle won’t respond and Summer will cry as he heads up to bed.
Finally, Audra will look Kyle up on google. “Kyle Abbott named CEO of Marchetti, as Jabot acquires the legendary couturier,” she’ll say to herself as she looks at a photo of he and Summer. “Nice pic.” Then she’ll get a text from Nate Hastings (Sean Dominic). “Ready for tomorrow? Our worlds are about to change,” it’ll say. “Maybe mine already has,” she’ll say with a smile. But what does Audra have planned for Kyle?
